Doug Graham

Doug Graham has extensive work experience in the retail industry, with a focus on merchandising and management roles. Doug currently serves as the Vice President E-Commerce and Marketing at The Home Depot Canada, a position they have held since November 2020. Prior to this, they held the role of Sr. Director of Merchandising for hardlines at The Home Depot Canada from June 2014 to November 2020. Before joining The Home Depot, Doug worked at Canadian Tire for several years, where they held various positions such as AVP Sports and Outdoor Recreation, Line of Business Director for Backyard Living and Seasonal, and Business Manager for Value Added Services and Rental. Throughout their career, Doug has demonstrated their expertise in merchandising, including specific areas such as tools, hardware, seasonal items, and lawn & garden.

Doug Graham attended Trent University from 1988 to 1992, where they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
