Rachael Charley has a wealth of experience working at The Home Depot Canada. Rachael started in 2006 as an Assistant Store Manager in various locations, moving up to Store Manager in London. In 2009, they transitioned into the role of District Manager, where they stayed until 2016. Rachael then became the Director of Contact Centers and Customer Care in 2017 and held this position until 2019.
