Ruel Alega

Ruel Alega, CEC, is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and precast production engineering. Currently serving as a Construction Estimator at Outspan Concrete Structures Ltd since May 2021, Ruel also holds a position as a Freight Associate at The Home Depot Canada. Prior to these roles, Ruel gained valuable experience at Amazon as a Fulfillment Center Associate and worked with Chip Eng Seng (CES) Group from April 2012 to March 2020 as a QA/QC Engineer and Precast Production Engineer, overseeing production and delivery of prefabricated construction components. Ruel's career began at SYSCON PRIVATE LIMITED and HL Building Materials Pte Ltd as a QA/QC Supervisor, demonstrating a strong foundation in quality control and team supervision. Ruel holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Saint Louis University (PH) and completed the Engineering Connections Program at ACCES Employment (Humber College) in 2020.
