Bryan Moyer

Bryan Moyer currently serves as the VP of Customer Experience at The Home Depot, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this, Bryan held various leadership roles at Walmart between February 2018 and April 2024, including Vice President of Care and Vice President of Care Operations, where leadership support was provided for customer care and related services. Additionally, Bryan led member service operations at Jet black, achieving significant growth and operational improvements. Bryan's earlier career included a tenure at Amazon from 2012 to 2018, where roles included Site Leader and Global Project Manager, focusing on employee engagement and customer service operations. Bryan began the professional journey at Target, where responsibilities included enhancing guest experiences. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from CSU Sacramento, graduated in 2010.
