Cecil Payne

Cecil Payne is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as the Director of Cyber Security at The Home Depot since September 2012, where responsible for operations and engineering of Vulnerability Management. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Vulnerability Management, Manager of Forensics, and Staff Security Engineer at Integreon from August 2009 to August 2012. Additionally, Cecil held positions as Director and Senior eDiscovery Consultant at Guidance Software between May 2006 and August 2009, and as Senior IT Manager - Legal at AT&T from 2004 to 2006. Cecil Payne earned a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University between 1992 and 1996.
