Craig Royer has extensive experience in IT management and support, currently serving as the Product Support Manager at The Home Depot since December 1998. Craig leads the Field End User Computing Delivery team, ensuring exceptional customer service and support. Previous roles include Lead Systems Engineer positions focused on hardware selection and operational stability, as well as overseeing desktop support teams. Craig's project management experience encompasses significant IT implementations, including system rollouts and organizational transitions. Prior to The Home Depot, Craig held a managerial position at Kroger, supervising over 100 associates. Craig holds a BS in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a BS in Information Systems from Kennesaw State University.
