Eric Steinlight

Eric Steinlight has extensive experience in human resources and finance, currently serving as the Director of HR Systems Transformation at The Home Depot since January 2006. In this role, Eric oversees the transformation of HR systems into large-scale technology environments, including Workday and UKG Dimensions, and led the implementation of Workday HCM across the US and Canada. Throughout a progressive career at The Home Depot, Eric has held various leadership positions, including Director of Contingent Labor, HR Chief of Staff, and Sr Manager of Learning Execution, where Eric improved learning metrics and developed management processes. Earlier experience includes financial leadership roles in both Store Operations and the Southern Division at The Home Depot, as well as a position as Wireless Manager at EarthLink. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University.
