Jolene Isom possesses extensive experience in training and development, currently serving as the Manager of Training and Development at The Home Depot since November 2020. Previous roles at The Home Depot include Corporate Training Supervisor and Corporate Resolutions Supervisor. With a background as Regional Training Manager at CHG Healthcare from 2005 to 2014, Jolene implemented behavior-based interviewing, managed training operations, and improved new hire retention significantly.
