Karen Dewalt

Karen Dewalt serves as the Vice President Global Tax at The Home Depot, a position held since December 2008. In addition to this role, Karen has also held titles such as Vice President Corporate Controller and Tax and Vice President of Tax during tenure at The Home Depot. Prior to this, Karen Dewalt worked at Abercrombie & Fitch from August 1998 to November 2008 as Vice President - Tax and Risk Management, bringing extensive experience in tax management and risk assessment to leadership roles in both organizations.
