Lesley Brown has over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and human resources, primarily at The Home Depot since August 2015, where roles have included Manager of Talent Acquisition for Merchandising and Services, and Senior Recruiter for Home Services and Pro, among others. Lesley has demonstrated expertise in sourcing and recruiting strategies, successfully saving over $3 million in agency fees in 2015 while fostering collaborative relationships with hiring managers. Prior to The Home Depot, Lesley worked as a Human Resources Generalist at the Houston-Galveston Area Council, Manager of Corporate Recruiting at Advantage Staffing, and Senior Staffing Manager at Randstad, following initial experience as a Human Resources Specialist at HomeBanc Mortgage. Lesley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Appalachian State University.
