Sally Phonthaasa

Sally Phonthaasa is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in analysis and research. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst in Talent Insights at The Home Depot since July 2021, Sally previously worked as a Research Associate in the Healthcare Practice at Korn Ferry from January 2020 to July 2021, where the focus was on aligning strategy and talent to enhance performance. Prior experiences include a role as a Legal Intern at Pope Hardwicke Christie Schell Kelly & Taplett, L.L.P., a Practicum Intern at UNTWELL Clinic, and an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Project SEED, which studied bilingual translation effects on immigrant children. Early in the career, Sally also interned as a STEM Intern with UTeach Outreach, providing educational support in science, math, and technology. Sally holds educational qualifications from The University of Texas at Austin and the University of North Texas.
