Sharon Carter

Sharon Carter is an accomplished user experience professional with extensive leadership experience in the field. Currently serving as the Director of User Experience at The Home Depot since May 2019, Sharon has previously held senior roles at Cox Automotive Inc., Worldpay, Macquarium, InterContinental Hotels Group, Travelport, and VueLogic LLC, where responsibilities ranged from user experience strategy to usability analysis. Sharon's career began at Equifax as Senior Director of Enterprise Web Strategy, where strategic direction for web development teams was provided. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Information Technology from American InterContinental University and a BFA in Mass Media from Valdosta State University.
