Vanessa Headley, SHRM-CP, is an experienced professional in digital communications and organizational management. Currently serving as the Manager of Digital Channels & Communications Technology at The Home Depot since December 2019, Vanessa previously worked as an Independent Consultant providing internal communications and policy consulting. Prior roles include Manager of Employee Website and Content Manager at The Coca-Cola Company, where Vanessa led digital content strategies and collaborated with senior leaders on HR portal management. Vanessa's career began at UPS as a Communications Supervisor, focusing on employee communications initiatives.
