Vincent D. Smith

Vincent D. Smith, Jr. possesses extensive experience in quality assurance and customer care operations, currently serving as the Director of Customer Care Operations at The Home Depot since 2008. With a progressive career at The Home Depot, roles have included Senior Manager of Store Operations Product Availability and Manager of Quality Assurance Engineering. Smith has also been a Partner at The Smith Investment Group, LLC since 2005. Previous positions include Director of Quality at GF Health Products, Inc., where responsibilities included managing Quality Assurance activities and ISO 13485 certification, and Senior Director of Quality at Luxcore Networks, focusing on establishing the Quality Assurance Department and obtaining ISO 9001:2000 certification.
