Viness Gardner

Viness Gardner has extensive experience in analytics and logistics, currently serving as Director of Distribution Analytics at The Home Depot since December 2011, with previous roles including Director IPR Decor, Senior Manager IPR, and Senior Manager Analytics. Responsibilities include creating and analyzing reports to enhance business execution and developing tools for logistics process improvement. Viness began a career at Norfolk Southern in 2008 as Assistant Manager of Yard and Local Fleet and completed a Management Trainee Service Design program. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, a Master of Business Administration from Troy University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Fort Valley State University.
