Sonia Hadley

Sonia Hadley is a seasoned professional in government affairs and advocacy with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at The Home for Little Wanderers since October 2019, Sonia previously held the position of President at The Mount Vernon Group, where the focus was on establishing and managing a comprehensive government affairs practice. Earlier roles include Partner at The American Continental Group, Manager of State Government Affairs at Eastman Kodak Company, and Vice President for Legislative Affairs at Associated Industries of Massachusetts. Sonia's career started with legislative work for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, culminating as Legislative Director for the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. Sonia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Service Advocacy and Law from UMass Boston.
