Harry Metcalf has extensive experience in compliance and risk management in the financial industry. Harry'smost recent role was as the Chief Compliance Officer at The Home Loan Expert LLC, where they were responsible for overseeing all components of the Compliance Management System. Harry managed a team of 5 direct reports and updated and maintained all policies and procedures. Harry also enhanced the complaint process and oversaw pre-funding and post-closing audit functions. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director of Compliance - Quality Control at the same company, where they directed and scoped testing on residential loans to ensure compliance with consumer real estate lending regulations. Harry has also held compliance roles at Heritage Community Banks, where they worked as a Compliance Officer, and at BKD LLP as a Senior Consultant conducting regulatory compliance and Bank Secrecy Act audits. In addition, they have experience in project management at Padda Enterprises and sales management at Mid America Lending. Harry began their career as a Vice President at Padda Financial Group.
