Previously, Jason owned and managed JayLor Properties, LLC, where responsibilities included negotiating real estate transactions and managing operations. Jason's notable tenure at Dell EMC spans over 14 years, where key roles included Senior Engineering Manager and Principal Software Engineer, focused on Agile principles, software delivery improvement, and team collaboration.
