Thomas Sternweis

Thomas Sternweis is currently working at The Honest Company as the Vice President of Enterprise Development & Strategy. Prior to this role, Thomas held leadership positions at Mattel, Inc., The Boston Consulting Group, Brookstone Partners, and Kearney. Thomas also served as a Fulbright Fellow at the University of Tartu, conducting foreign investment research. Thomas holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in MMSS Economics from Northwestern University.
