Chief Operating Officer at The Honey Pot

Jeff Goad has worked in a variety of roles since 1989. Theirwork experience began with internships at the State of Michigan Department of Education and the Social Security Administration in 1989 and 1991, respectively. Jeff then worked as a Plant Manager/Director of Production Planning for Copco Door Company from 1992 to 1994. In 1994, they became an Engineering Services Team Leader/Engineering Consultant for Electronic Data Systems. From 1997 to 2000, they worked as a Senior Consultant for Strategic Restaurant Engineering (SRE). Jeff then held Directorships in Operations, Planning, Sales, & Engineering for Johnson & Johnson from 2000 to 2013. In 2013, they retired from Drybar as the Vice President of Operations. Most recently, they have been the Principal Consultant for The Insultants LLC since 2019 and is currently the Chief Operating Officer for The Honey Pot Company.

Jeff Goad began their educational journey at Lansing Waverly High School from 1985 to 1988. Jeff then attended the University of Michigan, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Operations Engineering in 1992. In 1994, they obtained an Engineering Systems Engineer certification from Electronic Data Systems. From 1999 to 2008, they attended the University of California, Los Angeles and obtained three professional certifications in Film Production, Screenwriting, and TV Writing. In 2007, they obtained a Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification from Johnson & Johnson.
