Kevin Springer has worked in the consumer goods industry for over 40 years. Kevin began their career in 1975 as Director of Sales and Marketing Services at Del Laboratories. In 1994, they were promoted to Director of Marketing Administration at Mattel, Inc., where they were responsible for the total analysis of the marketing mix and managed brand P & Ls. In 2000, they joined Coty Inc. / Del Pharmaceuticals as Vice President of Sales Operations\u2013 Domestic and International, providing best of class customer service to the retail trade and achieving new distribution in several European countries. In 2008, they joined Lornamead as Director of Sales Services and was instrumental in the corporate turnaround from negative earnings to a $9 million EBITA in 2012. From 2014 to 2019, they were Vice President of Sales Operations at Sundial Brands, where they directed the inside sales function and created the annual sales budget. In 2019, they took on the role of Director of Demand Planning at The Honey Pot Company, partnering with Sales to understand consumer and trade demand and developing forecasts for procurement purposes.
Kevin Springer completed their MBA from the New York Institute of Technology in 1983. Kevin then obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Education from Hofstra University between 1973 and 1975. Kevin also obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Political Science and Government from Hofstra University between 1969 and 1973.
