Rosalyn Risdon has worked in a variety of roles since 1997. Rosalyn began their career as a Sales Marketing Manager at Dean Foods, where they managed the creation and launch of a new single serve milk line, and introduced the redesign of the corporate logo and entire brand portfolio. In 2002, they moved to Holland American Wafer Company as a Category Development Manager, where they created and implemented organizational marketing strategies and individual product and brand management strategies, resulting in increased sales revenue by $4M. From 2004 to 2014, Rosalyn worked at Perrigo Company plc, starting as a Shopper Marketing Manager and progressing to Trade Marketing Manager, and then Category Brand Manager. During their time at Perrigo, they developed marketing and brand strategies that drove base business growth, executed marketing campaigns to build awareness and drive demand, and managed the development of sales and marketing strategies for business totaling $475M. In 2022, Rosalyn joined The Honey Pot Company as Director of Sales Planning, where they strategically plan distribution gains and programs to support sales, space, and relationships, and plans, wins, and executes Display and omni channel marketing plans across all customers.

Rosalyn Risdon obtained their Masters of Management in Marketing from Aquinas College - Grand Rapids in 2004. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the same institution in 1997. Additionally, in January 2020, they obtained the certification "PowerPoint: Designing Better Slides" from LinkedIn.
