Chirag Desai

Chirag Desai is an accomplished leader in the IT and digital solutions sector with extensive experience in programme delivery and project management. Currently serving as the Head of IT Digital & Channels Solutions at The Hong Kong Jockey Club since August 2019, Chirag oversees the management of customer-facing digital and retail channel experiences, leading a team of 358 colleagues. Previous roles include Head of Programme Delivery at William Hill, where responsibility extended to both EMEA and Global initiatives, focusing on digital platform development, notably for the US market. With a career that includes significant positions at Gala Coral Interactive, Ladbrokes eGaming, and Tikit Plc, Chirag has demonstrated a consistent track record of managing complex projects and driving digital transformation. Academic qualifications include an LPC from the University of Westminster and an LLB (Hons) from the University of London.
