Jessica Leung

Jessica Leung is an experienced professional with a strong background in IT strategy, project management, and education. As the Deputy Executive Manager of IT Strategy & Planning at The Hong Kong Jockey Club since 2009, Jessica has developed and implemented methodologies and governance practices while leading budget planning and resource management initiatives. Jessica has also played a key role in transformation and change management, supporting organizational realignment and promoting cultural shifts within the IT division. In addition to corporate experience, Jessica has served as a lecturer in project and quality management at multiple educational institutions, enhancing the knowledge and skills of students in these areas. Jessica holds an MBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and is certified as a PMP, ACP, and Six Sigma Black Belt.
