Lucy Mullens

Lucy Mullens is an experienced professional in financial crime risk investigations and policing, currently serving as the Executive Manager for Financial Crime Risk Investigations at The Hong Kong Jockey Club since November 2021. Prior to this role, Lucy held several senior management positions in major fraud investigations at HSBC from September 2018 to November 2021, including Senior Investigations Manager and Senior Regional Case Coordination Manager. With a foundational career in law enforcement, Lucy served as a Detective Inspector at Surrey Police from 2003 to September 2018, where notable achievements included managing large teams, developing investigative capabilities, and leading complex operations. Lucy holds a Master of Science and a Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership and Management from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School. Additionally, Lucy volunteered with the Christina Noble Children's Foundation in early 2018.
