Harry Au

Harry Au is the Head of Data Science and AI at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University since November 2021. Prior to this role, Harry served as the Principal Consultant and General Manager at LongJing Technology Ltd.'s Mainland Division from January 2018 to October 2021. Harry's experience includes positions as Director of IT (CIO) at Bupa and Quality HealthCare Medical Services Limited (both October 2016), and Vice President of Information Service and Technology Operation at Galaxy Entertainment Group from March 2014 to September 2017, where oversight of IS&T operations spanned multiple business lines and included digital transformation initiatives. Earlier career highlights include serving as Regional IT Director for APAC at PREMIER FARNELL LIMITED from August 2010 to January 2014 and as Regional IT Manager at Intel Corporation from 1997 to 2009. Harry holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Warwick, earned from 1991 to 1993.
