Emily Nason currently serves as the Director of Undergraduate Recruitment and Admissions at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology since September 2020, focusing on attracting diverse student talent to the university. With a long tenure at HKUST Business School, Emily has held multiple positions including Associate Professor of Business Education, Founding Director of the Karen Lee Student Mentoring Center, and Associate Dean, overseeing various undergraduate programs and student affairs. Recognized for excellence in teaching, Emily has been elected "HKUST Best Ten Lecturers" three times and received the Franklin Prize for Teaching Excellence. Emily began their career at Citi as a Management Associate and Assistant Manager in Global Consumer Banking after earning a PhD in Management from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BBA in Management of Organizations from HKUST.
