Sebastian Kohl

Sebastian Kohl is a student at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, expected to graduate in 2024. Currently serving as a Peer Mentor, HKUST Student Ambassador, and Research Assistant, Sebastian conducts analysis on startups, focusing on the United States, with a concentration on financial performance, ethical practices, sustainability policies, and cases of financial misconduct. Sebastian gained practical experience as an intern at Prudential Assurance Company Singapore, where an assessment and analysis of life insurance products were conducted. Additionally, Sebastian completed an apprenticeship at Heuchemer Verpackung, working in hydraulic, pneumatic, and electropneumatic systems, and attended workshops on pneumatics, CNC technology, and SolidWorks.
