Cindy Xie

Cindy Xie currently serves as a Peer Mentor at Washington and Lee University, leading economics statistics labs and assisting students with research papers. Previously, as a Financial Capabilities Intern with the International Rescue Committee, Cindy promoted economic self-sufficiency through credit education and developed guides for government assistance programs, while enhancing client data metrics significantly. Cindy also briefly worked as a Summer Associate at BRG and as a teacher at Lord Jesus Korean Church, where lesson planning and student engagement were emphasized. Cindy is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at Washington and Lee University, with an upcoming educational opportunity at the University of Oxford.
