Crystal Randolph, MBA, C-DER has more than 15 years of experience in various HR roles, particularly in the beverage and distribution industry. Crystal has held positions at The Honickman Companies, where they served as a Regional Human Resource Manager and later as a Senior Director of HR and Talent Management. Crystal obtained their Masters degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelors degree in Business and Administration with a Minor in Accounting from Strayer University, studying from 2002 to 2005.

In terms of certifications, Crystal obtained a Master Instructional Designer Certificate from the ATD Association For Talent Development in 2023. Crystal also earned a Strategic Human Resources Leadership Certificate from Cornell University from 2021 to 2022.

Additionally, Crystal holds a Diploma in Cosmetology/Cosmetologist, General from Gordon Phillips Beauty School, which they completed from 1998 to 2000. Crystal also obtained a Diploma in Music Performance, General from Frederick Douglas Highschool in 1997.

Furthermore, Crystal earned a Certificate in Drafting/Design Engineering Technologies/Technicians from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering in 1995.
