Tom Reed

Tom Reed has a comprehensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Tom is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at The Honickman Companies, a position they took on in 2023. Prior to that, from 2021 to 2023, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Chelten House Products, Inc.

One of their significant roles was at Arc, where they worked from 2006 to 2021. During this time, they held various positions such as Global VP Human Resources, Vice President of HR, Americas, and Director of HR Supply Chain. In these roles, they focused on improving organizational development, international mobility, compensation, and communication. Tom also played a key role in the company's turnaround plan, continuous improvement processes, and project management for important initiatives.

Earlier in their career, Tom worked at Unique Industries, Inc. as the Vice President of HR (2001-2006) and HR Manager (1999-2001), where they established and implemented HR policies, built a professional HR department, and contributed to the company's long-term growth. Tom also worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Airgas from 1996 to 1999, and as a Human Resource Generalist at Barthco International from 1993 to 1996.

Tom Reed earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Administration and Marketing from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, which they attended from 1988 to 1991. Tom further pursued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Administration from 1992 to 1993.
