Kathleen Mills

Kathleen Mills, MA, CEC, currently serves as an Executive Coach at KDM Leadership Group Inc. and The Honor Foundation since 2018. Prior to this, Kathleen held a management position at Banana Republic from September 2013 to January 2018 and was involved in the Women in Leadership initiative at Banana Republic / Gap Inc. between 2013 and 2015. Kathleen's academic background includes a Master's Degree in Leadership from Royal Roads University, obtained between 2014 and 2016, and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University, completed in 2018. Kathleen also holds a Business Administration (Honours) degree from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.
