Mindy Hill began their work experience in 2015 as an Ombudsman at Special Boat Team Twenty, where they served as a link between command leadership and Navy families. Their responsibilities included providing resource referrals, resolving family issues, and organizing troop events to support families during deployments. In 2018, they joined The Honor Foundation as a Program Coordinator, working exclusively with the U.S. Special Operations community. Mindy later became the Director of Virtual Programs, delivering an executive-style transition course for Special Operations members worldwide using online platforms. Currently, Mindy Hill holds the position of Director of Business Operations at The Honor Foundation.
From 2004 to 2009, Mindy Hill attended Old Dominion University, where they pursued a degree in International Studies. Fast forward to 2020, Mindy enrolled at Regent University and completed a program in Leadership in Business. In addition to their academic pursuits, Mindy earned certifications as a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach from Gallup in May 2020, and as a Certified Pet Dog Trainer (CPDT) from the Animal Behavior College in March 2016.
