Moira (Missy) McNabb, JD, ACC, is a seasoned executive coach and consultant with a wealth of experience in talent development and organizational effectiveness. As the Founder and CEO of Sandpiper Talent Solutions since May 2005, Moira specializes in aligning talent strategies with business objectives and facilitating sustainable change through various services, including executive coaching and leadership development. Current roles include Career Coach at The Honor Foundation, Executive Advisor at Kinavic Leadership Acceleration, and Executive Coach and Senior Consultant at Top Line Growth Partners.
