Head Of Property Portfolio Management at The Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn

Sarah Lee has extensive work experience in property management. Sarah started their career as an Associate Director at DTZ, where they provided property management services to central government and other public sector clients. Sarah was also involved in writing new business pitches and presenting to clients. Sarah then worked as a Senior Management Surveyor at Minton Group before joining Mapeley Estates as a Portfolio Manager. At Capita Property and Infrastructure, they served as an Associate before moving on to their current role as the Head of Property Portfolio Management at The Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn. In this role, they oversee a tenanted estate of over 40 properties and handles various responsibilities such as new lettings, lease renewals, and rent reviews. Sarah also liaises with agents, consultants, solicitors, and in-house departments.

Sarah Lee has a Master's Degree in Literary interpretation of the visual arts 1850-1930 from the University of Reading. Sarah also holds a Real Estate diploma from the same university, with a focus on Valuation, building, law, planning, tax, property management. Additionally, Sarah obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Art from the University of Surrey. Sarah has a BA (Hons) in English Literature and History of Art from the University of Essex. Sarah also obtained the MRICS certification from RICS in 1991.
