Alix Oliver

Alix Oliver is currently serving as the Head of People at Aetion and a Board Member at The HOPE Program. With a background in Human Capital Consulting and People Operations, Alix has also held leadership positions at companies such as BLADE Urban Air Mobility, Inc. and Formativ Health. Alix holds a Bachelor of Arts in English & Art History from Williams College and a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology & Change Leadership from Columbia University.
