Michael Gaynor

Mike Gaynor is a Vice President for Horton’s Benefit Solutions. In this role, Mike is responsible for providing industry expertise and consultative guidance to aid clients in navigating the marketplace. He is part of a team of employee-benefits focused specialists dedicated to delivering innovative healthcare solutions to employers.

Mike brings more than 10 years of sales experience to Horton, previously working at Aflac, HUB International and Lenz-Balder Insurance. His tenacity and persistence helped him effectively target new prospects, close deals and build organic, mutually beneficial relationships. In addition to bringing in new business, he has also taken pride in educating employers and employees about different health care options, so he can help them select the best possible coverage.
