Jan-Henry Stenberg

Jan-Henry Stenberg is an accomplished professional in the field of psychology with extensive experience at the Hospital District of Helsinki and Uusimaa (HUS) since January 2000, holding positions such as Head of Division for Digital and Psychosocial Treatments, Special Psychologist, and Project Director, focusing on eMentalHealth initiatives. Previously, Jan-Henry served as the Director of Psychotherapy and Psychology at HYKSin OY from June 2012 to 2019. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology from the University of Helsinki, alongside specialist training in Forensic Psychology from Åbo Akademi University and qualifications as a Psychotherapy trainer from the University of Jyväskylä.
