Amy Meiners RN- BC, BSN has a diverse range of work experience in the healthcare field. Amy started their career as a Nurse Technician in Behavioral Health at The Hospital of Central Connecticut in March 2011, before transitioning to a Staff Nurse role in the same department in June 2012. In August 2017, they became a Clinical Resource Leader in Behavioral Health, providing expert guidance and support to their team. Amy then took on the role of Regional Manager for Behavioral Health in April 2018, overseeing multiple locations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. Amy'smost recent position at the hospital was Director of Behavioral Health Services, a role they assumed in May 2023.

In addition to their experience at The Hospital of Central Connecticut, Amy worked as a Psychiatric RN at New England Home Care from October 2015 to October 2016. Amy also had a role as a Staff Nurse in the medical-surgical department at Hartford Hospital from December 2013 to February 2016.
