Stephen Kimp is an experienced professional in the field of construction and project management, currently serving as the Director of Estates Facilities & Projects at St John & St Elizabeth Hospital since April 2016. Previously, Stephen held various directorial roles related to projects and estates within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Construction Project Manager at HCA International Ltd, where the focus was on delivering private healthcare projects and integrating specialist medical equipment within existing infrastructures. Stephen also served as a Client-based Construction Project Manager at Bernard Williams Associates, managing new build and refurbishment projects in the private healthcare, educational, and financial sectors. Early in the career, Stephen worked as a Building/Asset Management Surveyor at APD Associates, conducting asset management surveys for public buildings in London. Academic credentials include a BSc Hons in Building Surveying from the University of Greenwich and an HND in Building Studies from GLOSCAT.
