Brad Norwood has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Brad began their career as a Certified Surgical Technologist at Thomason Hospital from 2001 to 2004. Brad then worked as an RN Circulator at University Medical Center for a brief period in 2009. From 2009 to 2014, Brad held the role of Charge Nurse and RN Circulator at El Paso Specialty Hospital, where they ensured adherence to policies and procedures in the Operative Suites and managed staffing and scheduling.

In 2015, Brad joined El Paso Day Surgery as the Director of Nursing, where they oversaw all aspects of Preoperative services, including PreOperative, Intraoperative, and Post Operative. Brad also managed Sterile Processing, Materials Management, and Scheduling.
