Annie Munro Sloan

Annie Munro Sloan has an extensive work experience that spans over two decades. Annie began their career in 1997 as a Music Journalist, Copy and Photography for URB Magazine, Xlr8r Magazine, and /PRINT Magazine. In 1999, they served as an Associate Producer for 360 Extremes Expedition. In 2001, they were a Story Development Manager for Lucasfilm. From 2005 to 2008, they were a Writer and Director for Discovery Inc For HGTV. From 2008 to 2010, they were a Broadcast Director and Producer for Teak Digital. From 2010 to 2013, they served as a Television Treatment Writer for Bischoff Hervey Entertainment Television LLC. From 2013 to 2017, they were an ACD and Head of Copy for R/GA. From 2017 to 2020, they served as a Creative Director for Twitter and Facebook. Most recently, in 2020, they became the Co-Founder and CEO of The Host Co., a digital mini-bar, gift shop and concierge for Airbnb.

Annie Munro Sloan has a degree in Cinema Television from the University of Southern California, with a field of study in Film/Cinema/Video Studies. Annie also attended Tokyo International University.
