Dhriti Gandhi has work experience in the hospitality industry. Dhriti started their career at The Oberoi as an Industrial Trainee from June 2017 to November 2017. Dhriti then worked at The Hosteller as a Front Office Manager from November 2019 to March 2020. Dhriti re-joined The Hosteller in July 2021 and held the position of Quality Assurance Manager until March 2022. Currently, they are working as the Head of Customer Experience at The Hosteller, starting in March 2022.

Dhriti Gandhi completed their BSc in Hospitality Studies with a specialization in Hospitality Administration/Management at the Sheila raheja institute of hotel management from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, they obtained the WSET Level 2 Award from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in April 2022 and the WSET Level 1 Award from the same institution in January 2022.
