Patti Smith

Having worked in Human Resources for the past 7 years, Patti brings experience from a variety of industries and all facets of HR. Before joining Hotel Equities in partnership with THG, she was the HR Manager of two Seattle hotels, overseeing employee engagement, payroll, orientation and general employee wellbeing. Originally from Manila, Philippines, Patti received her bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. Her favorite aspect of HR is the daily interactions she has with team members, with a goal to help them thrive in their jobs.
