Laís Offrede

Laís Offrede is the current Implementation Director at The Hotels Network. Before that, they worked as a G Suite Technical Support Specialist for SELLBYTEL Group from January 2017 to June 2018. In that role, they provided technical support to G Suite customers for Portuguese and English/US markets, with a focus on Migration, Synchronization and Mobile (MSM). Laís also handled email and phone call interactions aimed at solving customers’ queries efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

From July 2016 to September 2016, Offrede worked as an Operational Supervisor for Rio 2016 - Comitê Organizador dos Jogos Olímpicos e Paralímpicos. In that role, they were responsible for managing volunteers and activities in the international zone of the Olympic and Paralympic Village, maintaining direct contact with guests of the international delegations. Additionally, they took care of the register of delegations, quotas of visitors for each National Olympic/Paralympic Committee, and guests and the handling and controlling of passports. Finally, they were entrusted with support of other operational areas: Events (assisting the boarding of athletes and other delegation members for the opening and closing ceremonies of the Olympic and Paralympic Games), Human Resources (helping in the control, security check, and access of contractors of the Olympic Village through the Guest Pass system), and Residence Center (aiding the Check-in and Check-out of the delegations of their respective apartments and buildings).

Laís Offrede has a Master's degree in Hotel Management from the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management Sant Ignasi (Universitat Ramon Llull) in Barcelona. Laís also has a Bachelor's degree in Translation studies from Universidade de Brasília, and a High School Diploma in General Studies from Centro Educacional Sigma.

They work with Ivan Cintado - Director, APAC, Fabien Gouttebaron - VP, Sales, and Núria Villa - Head of People. Their manager is Juanjo Rodriguez, Founder.
