Maria Alvidrez Guerrero has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Maria started their career as a Kitchen Staff at BORAGÓ in 2014 and later worked as a Trainee Human Resources at The St. Regis Mexico City in 2015. In 2016, they joined CACHET HOTEL GROUP as a Brand Marketing Management Associate, where they managed social media for F&B brands and developed hospitality concepts.
Maria then took on the role of Project Co-Head at Future Of Hospitality Summit (FHS) in 2017. FHS is a student-initiated conference focused on innovation and technology in hospitality. At FHS, Maria was responsible for organizing the event and inviting both students and industry professionals.
In 2018, Maria joined Roger Smith Hotel's Management Trainee Program, where they gained experience in the Front Office, Sales & Reservations, and Guest Services departments. Maria handled billing, scheduling, complaint handling, and coordination of group bookings. Maria also managed performance through various platforms, conducted site inspections, and worked on marketing promotions.
Since 2019, Maria has been working at The Hotels Network. Maria initially joined as a Client Success Specialist and later became a Client Success Team Leader in 2021. Maria'srole involves ensuring client success and providing support to clients.
Throughout their career, Maria has demonstrated their expertise in client success, marketing management, project coordination, and hospitality operations.
From 2014 to 2017, Maria Alvidrez Guerrero attended Les Roches and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management. In 2016, they also attended Les Roches Jin Jiang International Hotel Management College for a brief period, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management.
