Núria Villa

Núria Villa is the Head of People at The Hotels Network. Núria has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources. Núria has a degree in Psychology from the University of Barcelona.

Núria started their career as a Human Resources Representative at Dynatrace. In this role, they were responsible for culture development, setting HR policies, onboarding and offboarding, the relocation process, HR administration, compensation and social benefits, HR analytics and KPIs, HR communication, employer branding, health and safety, payroll and labour relations supervision, and labour assistance to employees and hiring managers.

In February 2020, Núria joined Preply as the Employee Experience Lead. In this role, they were responsible for leading the Leadership Skills training, which is an intensif and experiential training which goal is to develop the capacity and hability of self-leading and foster the skills to lead people.

Núria has been with The Hotels Network since February 2022 and is currently the Head of People.

Núria Villa has a M.A in HR Management from Université Côte d'Azur, a M.A in Human Resources Management from CESI École de Formation des Managers, and a M. A in Groups Management from Universitat de Barcelona. Núria also has a Psychology degree from Universitat de Barcelona. Núria is certified in Lumina Spark from Lumina Learning.
