Tigran Mekinyan

Tigran Mekinyan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Tigran most recently worked at The Hotels Network as an Engineering Manager since January 2023. In this role, they oversee a development team and manages a personalization platform project. Prior to that, they were a Development Team Lead at the same company from July 2021 to December 2022, where they successfully managed a team of developers and ensured their alignment towards project goals. Before joining The Hotels Network, Tigran was a Senior Backend Developer at CARVECA IMPORT GROUP, S.L. from September 2019 to June 2021, working on stabilizing the platform, improving code base, and providing better back office solutions. Tigran also worked as a Full Stack Developer at the same company from October 2018 to July 2019, building a custom ERP system and implementing software solutions for international stores. Prior to that, Tigran was a Senior Backend Developer at Twinero from May 2016 to August 2018, where they developed a new ERP system and managed its administration and maintenance. Tigran started their career as a Repair Technician at Armnet Systems from June 2014 to April 2016, responsible for technical repair and maintenance of Apple devices while also coordinating the store team. Tigran Mekinyan obtained an Engineer's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) from 2009 to 2015.
