Ben van Goethem

Ben Van Goethem has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Ben started their career as a Consultant at JooS Consulting in 2008. In 2010, they became a Coco Project Coordinator at Texaco (Delek Nederland) before moving on to EFR Group (Texaco) in 2011, where they served as a Teamleader Coco Accounting. At EFR Group, they managed a team of 16 FTEs and was responsible for monthly-Quarterly reporting and providing assistance to decision support and management. In 2017, Ben joined EG Group as a Group Process Improvement Specialist, responsible for all process and improvement implementations within the organization. Ben then transitioned to House of HR the same year, first as a PMO & Orchestration Manager, where they set up the PMO methodology, reporting, and governance for projects, and later as an IT Operations & PMO Director, overseeing group IT services delivery, budget control, and managing large IT infrastructure and development projects. In 2021, Ben became the Owner of Bevago BV, and they are currently involved in running the company.

Ben Van Goethem completed their education at various institutions. Ben obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Bedrijfsmanagement/KMO-Management from Karel de Grote-Hogeschool, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree at H. Familie Sint-Niklaas from 1998 to 2005, with the specific field of study not mentioned. In addition to their formal education, Ben has obtained several certifications, including Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals, ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, Prince2 Foundation Project Management, and Prince2 Practitioner Project Management.
