Lamar Brittany Allan has been working in the professional world since 2013. Lamar Brittany began their career at Fidelity Investments as a Benefits Consulting Representative, where they led the go-to-market refresh for Salesforce software and prepared 500+ pension benefit calculations of over $500K each. Lamar Brittany was promoted to lead consultant in under six months for their superior handling of customer calls. In 2015, they moved to Forty Five Ten as an Assistant Buyer for Handbags and Shoes, where they managed and nurtured brand relations with 80+ luxury brands and prepared purchase orders, financial sales reports, and seasonal forecasts. In 2018, they joined The Conservatory NYC as Director of Ecommerce, Operations, and Systems. Here, they led the go-to-market strategy for the luxury retail e-commerce platform re-launch, acted as the liaison between the CEO, Creative Agency, and Buying and Marketing teams, and led the go-to-market launch and inventory integration with Farfetch online luxury fashion retail platform in under 30 days. Lamar Brittany also led the go-to-market launch and developed data mapping strategy for inventory integration from Lightspeed POS to Shopify in under 30 days. Most recently, in 2021, they joined The House of LR&C as Director of Ecommerce.

Lamar Brittany Allan attended the University of North Texas from 2012 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Operations and Supply Chain Management. Prior to that, they attended Bishop Lynch High School from 2007 to 2011.
